Disclaimer: The calculations provided by LoadBuck are **estimates only**, reliant explicitly on data inputs from the user and integrated third-party APIs (such as fuel pricing and toll structures). LoadBuck is not responsible or liable for any lost profits, bad freight decisions, or discrepancies in the final earnings compared to our calculators’ output.

3. User Accounts

If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring the email address on file is active and accurate.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Portions of the LoadBuck service (the "Pro" and "Premium" tiers) are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic schedule (monthly or annually) depending on the subscription you select.

All payments are non-refundable unless stated explicitly by a promotional guarantee (e.g., our 30-day money-back guarantee for initial Pro upgrades). LoadBuck reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account if your payment method fails.

5. Service Availability and Usage Limits

Free plan users are restricted to processing a set number of calculations per day (e.g., 5 or 10 limits). You agree not to attempt to bypass, circumvent, or maliciously hack these rate limits. LoadBuck reserves the right to adjust API limits or suspend service availability without prior notice during technical difficulties or system upgrades.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

LoadBuck reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide formal notice regarding substantial changes affecting billing or restrictions. Continued use of our Services implies you accept any modifications.
